Laughs, tears and of course some sizzle ;)
Finally a lesbian romance with a STORY! I thoroughly enjoyed this book and can't wait to read more from Lyn Gardner. I shed more than a few tears in parts, and laughed out loud in others. The characters were amazingly well-developed, I went from hating Addison, to feeling heartbroken for her, to loving her, then hating her again, heartbroken and loving her again at the end! And of course Johanna is everything we all want to be: brave, intelligent, strong, sassy, funny & sexy as hell. The chemistry and relationship between the two is so well written, it becomes palpable & I felt myself rooting so hard for both of them.
It really is refreshing to find a romance of lesbian interest that has an incredibly captivating story besides the erotic "scenes" (but have no fear, those particular parts are hot as hell and the slow burn is VERY well worth the wait!)
Overall, I'd recommend this book to anyone looking for a romance with some depth and detail. And be prepared for some late nights because you won't be able to put this one down!

One of the best books I have read this year!
I just finished reading this book and had to leave a rating. I read a LOT of books but I very seldom leave a rating because that takes time away from me reading my next book but for a few that really, really impress me I do leave a rating for. This book is well written, the MC's are unforgettable and it is a great storyline. I honestly never knew what was coming next! The grammar, the spelling, the sentence structure is all first rate and that is seldom seen anymore in the majority of books I read.

I loved this book more than I expected
I enjoyed this book a lot, even more than I thought I would. I loved the tension of the main characters and how they interacted with each other. The descriptions in this book, in my opinion, only made it easier to picture the house where most of the book took place.
I got sucked into this book and read it late into the night just to see what happened next. I would definitely recommend this book to my friends. I enjoyed it a lot. I will also put this on my list to re-read at some point as it was soo good.
